Every celebrity on our site is for information purposes only. Their presence on our site does not mean that they endorse us or the information we share. Also, a celebrity’s presence on our site does not mean that we support them.
Profile Removal Requests
Celebrities or their reps can ask us to remove their profile from our site. Feel free to send us a request if you want a profile taken down.
Copyrighted Material
Our site has copyrighted stuff like text and videos. Profile CT owns the copyright for how we arrange, improve, and pick our content, plus anything we create ourselves. You can’t copy, share, use, save, or take advantage of our content in any way.
Proper Use of Information
By using Profile CT, you agree to use the info on our site only for legal and proper reasons that follow the law. You also agree not to use our info to bother or embarrass anyone. Profile CT isn’t a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, so our info can’t be used to make consumer reports. Celebrity Images
We share celebrity pictures on Profile CT only with permission. Many come from PRPHOTOS.com with a license. We also use public domain or publicly licensed images from other places, and when we do, we follow all the rules for those licenses. If you have questions or worries about any picture on our site, please reach out to us.
Accuracy of Information
We can’t promise that the info on our site is always correct or perfect for what you need. There might be mistakes, and we’re not responsible for those, as far as the law allows. If you’re a user, a celebrity, or someone representing a celebrity, please let us know if you spot any mistakes on our site.
Content Submission
When you send text, pictures, videos, or any other stuff to Profile CT, you promise you have the right to give us a free, forever, worldwide license to use it however we want. This applies whether you send it through our website, email, social media, or any other way. If you’re a celebrity or their rep with a profile on our site and you send us text, pictures, videos, or anything else, you give us the same free, forever, worldwide license to use it. If a celebrity or their rep lets us pick content from their social media or personal website, you also give us those same rights to use it.
Binding Agreement
These rules apply to everyone signing up and will also benefit their successors and anyone they pass the agreement to.
Indemnification
You agree to protect, defend, and cover any costs for Profile CT, its owners, officers, agents, and employees if there are any problems, damages, claims, or expenses (including lawyer fees) because of how you use our site.
YouTube Terms
If you use certain Profile CT services that involve YouTube subscriber counts, you agree to follow YouTube’s Terms of Service.
